Gadaa Bank S.C. is one of the private commercial banks licensed to join the banking industry. The bank is embarking on an exciting journey and hence would like to invite interested and qualified applicants to fill the following vacant position.

Place of Work:

  • Finfinne (Addis Ababa), Adama, Agaro, Ambo, Asella, Bedelle, Bule Hora, Ciro, Dire Dawa, Fitche, Ginch, Harar, Hawassa, Jimma, Mettu, Arsi Negelle, Robe, Shakiso, Shashamane, Sultuta, Woliso, and Yabello for all positions

Salary and benefits: As per the bank’s scale.

Term of employment: Permanent.

1.       Position : Chief, Resource Management Officer


        i.            Basic Functions of the  Position:



Under the general supervision of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the job holder is responsible for planning organizing, directing and controlling overall undertakings of finance management, share management, human capital management and procurement and facility management. The job holder is responsible for designing comprehensive human capital management policies and procedures, finance management policies and procedures, share management policies and procedures and procurement and facility management policies and procedures. The job holder is responsible for providing strategic leadership, developing and executing strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization and responsible for designing organizational culture that fit the Bank’s vision and mission. 

     ii.           Required skill and competency for the  Position :
